"Who is Jesus?”  What a question, right?  It’s a question that has divided nations, people groups, epochs of history, politicians, religions, denominations, and families.  And it is ultimately the question that divides every human heart.  CS Lewis famously said that history, and the Bible, give us three options when trying to honestly answer that question – either he’s a liar: silver-tongued, gossamer-witted, profound, but a liar.  Or he’s a lunatic: wild-eyed homeless-mystic-medicine-man.  Or he’s Lord: he actually is who he says he is…who the Bible presents him to be.  

Who is Jesus? That my friends is the question…and while it may not seem like an immediately pressing or relevant question to you right now, it will be the most important question you ever answer.  The gospel of John is written to show you that Jesus is indeed God; it’s written THAT YOU MAY BELIEVE.
