WELCOME
Mission Trails Church exists to lead people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus. We do this by creating a community of Jesus-followers where doubters are welcomed, and prodigals come home. We invite you to come as you are, and encounter the grace and love of Jesus that will change your life and eternity.

Grace & Growth: Spiritual Habits for the Christian Life
The things you do to grow and become like Jesus are like sails on a ship. On a sailing ship, what sort of power do the sails have on their own? None. Absolutely none. The sails cannot decide to start flapping and propel the boat forward. You can’t wave them back and forth violently enough to do anything. No – all the power is in the wind. And the sails are crucial; don’t get me wrong. You MUST have them, and they must be the right sails, mended, in position, ready to catch the wind in order for the boat to move. The habits we’re going to talk about in this series are like sails. They have no power in themselves to change you. It is God who changes you. But practicing these habits puts you in position to hear from God, be moved by God, to be used by God, and to be doing the sorts of things that Jesus does – these habits put you in position to catch the wind of his spirit when it blows in your life. Otherwise, you miss it. You don’t grow, you don’t move forward, you don’t make an eternal difference in the lives of others.
